Assistant- Not ready to take on clients of their own yet, however they can do shampoos and apply products for other stylists as well as observe them.

Junior- Begins building their clientele by putting their name out there and mingling with other stylist�s clients around the salon. They do the basic cleaning and tidying around the salon such as sweeping hair and laundry.

Senior- Has begun developed their skills and clientele. They are also starting to make their own decisions about cuts and colors, but still able to have the help of other stylists if they need it.

Master- Their skill level of cuts and colors has grown tremendously. They are creating their own colors and combining their own techniques with the ones they�ve learned from watching others.

Elite- They have become a master at their skill and they are able to teach others their unique skills and techniques of dressing hair. They still have the passion and the drive to become a better stylist and never turn away new education. Elites never miss the opportunity to become a mentor.
