Admission Requirements

Enrollment Application

Registration fee (non-refundable) – cash, money order, MasterCard or VISA accepted

Proof of age (min. 16 yrs. old) – driver’s license, passport, or
birth certificate and photo ID

Proof of high school completion or equivalent – diploma, GED, or
official transcript indicating courses completed and graduation date

Documentation of SSN and/or citizenship (financial aid recipients only)

Touring our facility is a great opportunity for you to meet our staff, to ask questions about our cosmetology program, and to see first-hand the fun, energetic environment we provide for our students. Student Responsibilities
Before enrolling for educational training and instruction in our cosmetology program, prospective students are responsible for the following:

Review and consider all information about the school’s program, including curriculum, costs, and policies.

Complete financial aid applications accurately and submit them on time. Errors or delays may prevent your receiving financial assistance.

Know all the deadlines and meet them.

Provide all required documentation requested by either the school’s Admissions Office or Financial Aid Office.

Notify the school of any information that changes during the enrollment process.

Read, understand, and keep copies of all forms that you are asked to sign.
